i'm back!

I'm back to blogging! I'm going to try to post pictures more regularly now. This is my bedroom in my new home. It's still a work in progress, but I think it looks pretty good so far.

new cabinets

We bought some new cabinets for books from an antiques fair today. They used to be used in a repair garage, but cleaned up, they look great in our reading room. Our apartment is coming together, and I will post more pictures as we complete rooms.

cleaning supplies

I just discovered Mrs. Meyer's Clean Day cleaning and laundry supplies. They smell so good, and I'm excited to start cleaning! I don't know what's gotten into me.

new dishwasher

The Bosch dishwasher in our new apartment is so quiet! It makes me want to wash dishes all the time.

summer looks

I like a lot of aspects of these looks, but I don't think I want to exactly recreate any of them (especially Prada's wool socks and sandals). I might try to wear shorts this summer, I like how they look with sweaters on top.

Melissa, Tiff, and I have a new blog! It's a photo blog called three please, and you can view it right here. The plan, so far, is to choose a new subject every week, and each pick three images relating to the subject. Keep checking back!

ypsilanti

Here's our new apartment in Ypsilanti. It's the center unit in a 3 unit historic mansion. Of course it will be cuter with all of our things in it. Hopefully there is wood flooring under the carpet.

Just in time for spring, I am out of here! Dustin and I will be living in Ypsilanti, Michigan on March 31 (along with my amaryllis, which finally grew).
